When I first began celebrating my faith, it was a very personal, singular and solitary experience.
As I joined my grove and then began celebrating with my then boyfriend, I wanted to create a tradition that could be celebrated no matter the finances. Something that would be meaningful and help us celebrate Continue reading “A Simple Yule Tradition: Seeking the Light”
Tuesday night, I was numb. Wednesday I cried. Today, I move forward.
Yesterday, I read a few mean-spirited, gloating posts and I heard jokes from well-intended people who do not understand the fears of many of their fellow Americans.

Hello all! I’m Traci, aka Mythical Magpie. As it says on my About Me page, I’m a pagan mom who loves to create and is obsessed with gaming.
I see my tastes quite like a magpie as I gather the things around me that I love and make them my world. I sculpt, sew, crochet, paint, write and draw…much like a Jill of all Trades, I’m definitely not the master of any of the aforementioned listed skills, but I love them and they make me happy!
We’re in the process of migrating from my blogger page over here and I hope to begin a regularly scheduled series of updates.
I plan to have a regular schedule of the four topics:
I will alternate blog and youtube video tutorials and hope you will find at least one topic that keeps you wanting more!
Thank you for stopping by and I hope to see you back here soon!
